ICE CREAM BUCKET HOLDERS

The standard rail system was created to secure the JS6000 bucket holders into your ice cream dipping cabinet. The standard rail system is built for the industry standard, eight (8) bucket display capacity dipping cabinet. Freezer dimensions vary slightly, depending on make and model. The standard rail system is intended for freezers with internal dimensions of up to 46" in length , 22" in width, and a minimum of 12" in depth from the loading level.

The standard rail system comes with:

·  2 Rails 39 5/8” long x 3/4” wide

·  6 Mounting Brackets 

·  12 Mounting Screws

·  Installation Instructions 

Do not drill holes in your freezer. There should be threaded rivets installed in the walls of the freezer allowing you to mount the rail system to. 

Thaw out any ice buildup in the threaded rivets as well as on the freezer walls before installing the rail system. For the easiest installation possible, install after a routine freezer defrost and cleaning. 

Custom rail systems by Stetson Solutions allow you to outfit your freezer with the JS600 bucket holders if the standard rail system is not the right option for your freezer. 

We can accommodate any rail system for any make / model ice cream dipping cabinet. Stetson Solutions is the only custom rail system manufacture in the ice cream and gelato industry. If you do not have preset screw holes we make a collapsible rail system that will work in your freezer.

Please note, ice cream dipping cabinets that have a lower viewing glass on the customer side of the case, will require custom mounting brackets. Additionally, freezers that are wider than 22” (measured from the front wall to the rear wall of the freezer)  will require custom rails with wider ledges for the JS6000 bucket holders to rest on.
